Shaun Spencer

Shaun Spencer, CSP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is President and CEO of Trimen Solutions, LLC and MyHUB Center, she also serves as Executive Director of Wibby’s Foundation and the PerfectPath Program. Ms. Spencer holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Kentucky, is certified by numerous national human resources professional organizations, is a Kentucky Notary Public, and recently graduated from the Small Business Administration Thrive Emerging Leaders and Greater Louisville Inc’s Power to Prosper Minority Business Accelerator programs. She has served on multiple boards of directors for business and community-centered organizations. Currently, she is a member of both Louisville and National Societies for Human Resources Management, and the American Staffing Association; and serves on the Greater Louisville University of Kentucky Alumni Club Board of Directors and as the Immediate Past-President of the West Louisville Dream Team. Ms. Spencer uses her volunteer time and experiences in leadership, human resources, social service, and entrepreneurship to support and promote local businesses and improve the lives of those disenfranchised and vulnerable populations. Ms. Spencer is a native of Louisville—currently living in Shively, has one daughter, and is a member of Bates Memorial Church.
