Taniesa graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from California State University Bakersfield in 2016. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, in 2018. She is a California native but has made Kentucky home. She is an attorney in Kentucky and is also licensed with the Eastern District of KY Federal Court. She is an afro-latina and first generation attorney, who knew she wanted to be an attorney at a very young age. Taniesa gives back with offering certain services in her firm pro bono for those who cannot afford it but need the legal assistance. She is committed to working with her community while advocating for positive policy changes.
