Sheila Hill

Volunteer History: President & Founder, 2003- Present; Sassy Frassy, Inc., a 501c(3) federally tax exempt non-profit organization dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people. In 2003, Sassy Frassy, Inc., was established by Sheila to provide academic scholarship for young girls at risk graduating from high school. Realizing that much more is needed in the lives of young people; the non-profit organization expanded its outreach throughout Kentucky with an evidence-based life-skills development and mentoring program along with distribution of annual scholarships.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. – Sheila is a Life Member with more than thirty-eight years of experience providing ‘Supreme Service to all Mankind.’ Sheila is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., local Cincinnati, Ohio chapter, Sigma Omega.

In addition to her commitment to Sassy Frassy and Alpha Kappa Alpha responsibilities, Sheila currently serves as a member with Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc., and Boone County Democratic Executive Board.

Recognitions: During 2015, Sheila was recognized as one of Cincinnati’s Enquirer – Top 10 Women of the Year for her community service through Sassy Frassy, Inc. In 2012, Sheila was also honored in the Who’s Who In Black Cincinnati.

Career History: Sheila Hill is a management executive with more than 30 years of expertise in healthcare operations. She is a highly effective leader at generating growth, improving profitability, and strengthening operational performances. Sheila currently works as a Regional Director and responsible for executive oversight of healthcare client’s outsourced revenue cycle operations for clients throughout a designated regional market. Prior experience includes leadership roles whereby, Sheila worked as a healthcare management executive with Huron Consulting Group as well PwC, and from 2003-2008, she operated Sheila Hill & Associates, Inc, a minority owned and operated healthcare management consulting company.

Sheila holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management from Eastern Kentucky University and, currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in ministry.
