She and her husband own Walk the Willow, a sustainable willow furniture and sculpture business. She is also co-founder of the New South Arts Initiative, a nonprofit whose mission is to “support and grow bio & cultural diversity in the American South through the art and arts-related activities.” She has worked with Kentucky’s top arts and heritage organizations and believes in the empowerment that the arts and education provides. She and her husband, Justin Roberts live in Murray, Kentucky with their two daughters.
