Professionally, I’m a Fractional COO and EOS® Integrator with TransformCXO, partnering with founder-led companies to bring order to complexity and structure to growth. Through my own firm, J Lewis Consulting, I help leaders strengthen their operations, communication, and accountability, enabling their teams to thrive without burnout.
Before launching my consulting practice, I led large-scale operational transformations as Vice President of Operations for a $40M logistics company, overseeing cross-functional teams and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Personally, I’m a mother, daughter, and advocate for equitable systems that support working families, small business growth, and accessible leadership opportunities for women. The shifting political landscape in both Kentucky and across the US has inspired me to explore public service- believing that civic leadership, like business leadership, should prioritize collaboration, logical systems, transparency, inclusion, and measurable progress.
