Known for her empathetic, collaborative style, Jackie partners with teams to translate complex change into usable processes, role-based learning, and better day-to-day experiences for employees and leaders.
Outside of her consulting work, Jackie serves as a volunteer member of the Kentucky Behavioral Health Advisory Council, supporting priorities for statewide mental health grant funding. She is committed to strengthening community wellbeing and advancing human rights—including healthcare access, economic security, and universal human rights.
Jackie holds an M.S. in Business Communication from Spalding University (2012) and has been SHRM-SCP certified since 2022. She lives in Louisville with her husband, Kirk, their daughter Maggie, and their toy poodle, Teddy—and loves the arts, theatre, listening to podcasts, watching documentaries.
