Dr. Maria Ruiza Yee

Ruiza Yee was born and raised in the Philippines but she has now been in the United States for as long as in the Philippines. The United States is truly now her second home. It has always been her dream to help people who are sick and disenfranchised. Hence, the focus of her medical career is patient advocacy. To this end, she became involved in organized medicine, and successfully became the first oriental woman to become the President of the PA Psychiatric Society.
