Dr. Barber has served many positions on the Kentucky Association of Nurse Anesthetists Board of Directors, including President in 2012. Debbie served on the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists Board of Directors from 2014-2016 as Region 2 Director.
She ran for State Representative in 2014 in the 36th District of Kentucky. Dr. Barber currently serves as an adjunct clinical professor at Northern Kentucky University in the Nurse Anesthesia program.
