She spent a great deal of her life in both counties and most of her adult life in the courtroom. Over the past five years, Cole appeared and continues to appear in our District courts on a weekly basis as an assistant public advocate. During this time, she built productive relationships with fellow attorneys, law enforcement and corrections officers, and court administrative staff. She cares about serving her communities and is committed to the fair, efficient, intelligent administration of justice.
In her free time, Cole and her husband, Mark, an attorney with Eastern Kentucky University, enjoy spending time with their daughter, Hampton. She is a Clark County native and graduate of George Rogers Clark High School, Transylvania University, and the University of Kentucky College of Law. Cole is the daughter of retired Judge Julia Hylton Adams and Steven D. Adams of Winchester.
