Read moreCarolyn Noe is the Program Director for the Institute for Health Innovation. Carolyn earned her MA in History and Graduate Certificate in Museum Studies from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and her BS in Social Science from Florida State University. Carolyn comes to NKU from the University of Cincinnati where she served as the Program Coordinator for UC LEAF. Prior to that position, she worked for the Academy of Science – St. Louis where she developed and coordinated STEM education programs. Carolyn is the founder of Super Heroines, Etc., a non-profit organization that uses the power of fandom to fight for equity and representation in geek culture. She is a Kentucky Oral History Commission Chair, HERS alumnae, and member of the CEC Transition to Postsecondary Workgroup. Carolyn is a 2021 NKY Democratic Awards Rising Star. She lives in Newport, KY with her husband, Chris, and dogs, Mr. Darcy & Petie. The family is excited to welcome a daughter in August 2021.
