At Iroquois High School, she teaches students about careers in Early Childhood Education. A graduate of the University of Louisville and the University of the Cumberlands, she has a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and two Master’s degrees (Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education and Special Education). Dr. Baker has served on many committees at the school level – Racial Equity, Culture & Climate, Professional Learning Community, Leadership Team, and Professional Building Representative with JCTA. In addition to working for JCPS, she is the owner of Early Learning Foundation, Inc. “ELF” is a non-profit organization that provides early childhood training opportunities to childcare directors and staff, early intervention services to children ages 0-3, parent training/coaching, and childcare. Dr. Baker has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Early Childhood Education at Campbellsville University and Ashford University. She has over 20 years of experience working in the field of early childhood.
