She opened Legal Solutions Group, P.S.C where she has handled cases such as divorce, child support, child custody, possession of controlled substance, trafficking in controlled substance, domestic violence, child abuse, rape, wanton endangerment, DUI’s, stalking, carrying concealed weapons, and juvenile criminal cases to name a few. She has conducted both bench and jury trials before the Circuit Courts of KY as well as appeared in the Federal Courts of the Western District of KY.
Tracy was born and raised in Germantown a small neighborhood in the city of Louisville. She attended duPont Manual High School and earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky. Upon graduation from college, she returned to Louisville KY to raise her 3 small children and worked for local corporations.
Tracy decided to return to law school later in life. As the single mother of three elementary school-aged children, she continued to work full-time and enrolled in the part-time night program at NKU Salmon P. Chase College of Law committing from Louisville to Highland Heights, KY 3 to 4 nights per week.
Utilizing scholarship funds, tuition reimbursement, and savings she was able to graduate from law school without taking a single student loan.
Tracy’s passion and determination are known to her colleagues and clients. Her work and life experience have enabled her to work in District, Family, Civil, and Criminal Circuit Courts throughout the state as a fearless and tireless advocate for her clients throughout all of KY. She is smart, hard-working, and fair.
