Raised by parents from vastly different backgrounds, her mother from Easter Kentucky and her father Newark, New Jersey, Larkin was taught to value diversity, equity, and advocacy early on. Her years in Lexington’s Spanish Immersion Magnet Program exposed her to diverse educators and communities, shaping her ability to connect with others and appreciate the shared humanity within different journeys. A William C. Parker Scholarship recipient, Larkin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Strategic Communications from the University of Kentucky. With nearly a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, she has built a successful career while engaging in meaningful community service. Now a mother, Larkin brings fresh perspective and purpose to her work, driven to foster dialogue, empower others, and advocate for meaningful change. As a member of the Emerge Kentucky 2025 class, she is excited to deepen her leadership skills alongside an inspiring cohort of women, building lifelong friendships and partnerships to create a stronger Kentucky.
