Born and raised in the vibrant city of Louisville, Kentucky, I am a seasoned Senior Process Improvement Professional, renowned for my adept skills in project management and my Six Sigma Greenbelt credentials. My academic journey at Western Kentucky University equipped me with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, complemented by a minor in Gerontology, which has profoundly shaped my professional and personal outlook. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a steadfast commitment to serve as a voice for the underrepresented, advocating passionately for those who may struggle to express themselves. My dedication to community service is deep-rooted and is reflected in my active participation in numerous organizations. In my current role, I am honored to serve as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Ambassador, where I champion inclusivity and cultural understanding within my workplace. Moreover, I am an enthusiastic member of my company’s Culture Club, contributing to both the Advocacy and Professional Committees.
