There she led campus organizations and was a part of 100 top leaders of UK. Shortly after graduating from UK, Rosalind became interim director of the William Wells Brown Community School (WWB) is a groundbreaking partnership between Fayette County Public Schools and Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government. The center serves to enrich the community with quality programming and help close educational gaps with student achievement programs. During her tenure in Lexington, she worked with the Census Bureau ensuring that traditionally miscounted populations in Eastern and Central Kentucky completed their Census information.
Rosalind returned to Louisville with her passion for community. She completed her Master of Public Administration at the University of Louisville and has served as an election officer for more than 7 years. Rosalind is the Service and Engagement Executive at the Middletown Target. She currently serves on the Delta Life Development Center Board of Directors and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is the eldest child of Charlene and Jimmie Welch, Jr.
